Russia the first country to peer review and publish GAGUT.
Nigerian Government on behalf of the Black Race, the rest of
humanity and all other creatures in the universe issued the GAGUT
Nigerian Postage Stamp (following over 30 days of the most rigorous
peer review of GAGUT which compelled not only the genius
mathematicians but also the non mathematicians to understand and
agree that GAGUT is the GOD ORDER THEOREM OF
EVERYTHING Infallibly, Hosted by the Nigerian National University
Commission while the Postmaster General, Alhaji Abubakar Musa
Argungu and his team rigorously used the Global standards for
issuing postage stamps to conclude that GAGUT revelation has
qualified for the issuance of the Postage Stamp and hence advised
the Nigerian Government accordingly, which led to the issuance of the
