We are formally inviting you, based on your legendary contributions to mathematics, to review a paper entitled
“GOD Almighty’s Grand Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, has revealed proven solution to Riemann Hypothesis, a
Clay Mathematics Millennium Problem” by Prof. G. A. Oyibo, which has been submitted for review for publication in
the new journal “GAGUT UNIFIED AND RADICAL MATHEMATICS RESEARCH JOURNAL” (ISSN 2158-4931). The
Journal publishes radical mathematics research that has been subjected to a rigorous open review processes
where the burden of proof is on the author and the burden of disproof is on the reviewers. A radical research
paper that can not be disproved but has a partial proof shall be published as a conjecture (see details on the
review process below). The review of the “GOD Almighty’s Grand Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, has revealed
proven solution to Riemann Hypothesis, a Clay Mathematics Millennium Problem” began with our inviting you to its
briefing on it on June 11, 2010. During a conversation with Professor Enrico Bombieri in the Spring of 2010,
Professor Bombieri had expressed his desire to see resolution to the Riemann Hypothesis and observed that his
theorem, which can sometimes substitute for the Riemann Hypothesis had already been in existence for over 50
years. We have received various comments from other mathematicians. The legendary Cambridge University
mathematician, Sir Professor Michael Atiyah, was reported to have been delighted to see the review of GAGUT by
another legendary mathematician, Professor Grigoris Tsagas (over 200 MR’s), during a briefing on GAGUT
presented by a young mathematics researcher to Sir Professor Michael Atiyah (who requested to keep a copy of
the GAGUT review) at SUNY Stony Brook, on November 3, 2010. Professor Pierre Deligne, who has also made a
legendary contribution to the Riemann Hypothesis has categorically stated “what I want is to understand, prove, or
disprove it (GOD Almighty’s Grand Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, has revealed proven solution to Riemann
Hypothesis, a Clay Mathematics Millennium Problem).” We also received a response from Professor Ekatherina
Karatsuba, the daughter of Professor Anatolii Karatsuba, the former head of the Number Theory section of the
Steklov Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, whom she unfortunately reported to have passed away, but
assured us that she has an archive of her father’s contributions to Riemann Hypothesis. GOD Almighty’s Grand
Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, has infallibly proven that all theorems and all equations past, present and future
originate out of and can be represented by one invariant Gi which has orthogonal components Gij, and a
divergence of Gij,j=0. GAGUT was reviewed by Professor Grigoris Tsagas, and other Mathematics legends and so
constitutes the correct source of determining if the Riemann Hypothesis is right or wrong. Your role as a reviewer of

The legendary Cambridge University mathematician, Sir Professor Michael Atiyah, was reported to have been
delighted to see the review of GAGUT by another legendary mathematician, Professor Grigoris Tsagas (over 200
MR’s), during a briefing on GAGUT presented by a young mathematics researcher to Sir Professor Michael Atiyah
(who requested to keep a copy of the GAGUT review) at SUNY Stony Brook, on November 3, 2010. Sir Professor
Atiyah, who was at SUNY Stony Brook to deliver a lecture entitled “From Algebraic Geometry to Physics; A Personal
Perspective” had his research works “Collected Works” by Michael Atiyah and “Field Medallists’ Lectures” by Sir
Michael Atiyah and Daniel Iagolnitzer as well as the work “Knowledge and Mathematical Thinking” by the legendary
Goettingen University Mathematician, Professor David Hilbert, together with the GAGUT work “Grand Unified
Theorem; Discovery of the Theory of Everything and the Fundamental Building Block of Quantum Theory” by
Professor G. Oyibo selected by Goettingen University to Honor the Greatest Mathematician, Carl Frederick Gauss
in 2005. GOD Almighty’s Grand Unified Theorem (GAGUT) Gij,j=0, has infallibly proven that all theorems and all
equations past, present and future originate out of and can be represented by one invariant Gi which has
orthogonal components Gij, and a divergence of Gij,j=0. GAGUT has therefore unified all of mathematics into one
equation Gij.j=0 and so has already provided the solutions to all mathematics problems (the reason GAGUT was
used to honor Gauss) including all of those discussed by Sir Professor Atiyah during his lecture at SUNY Stony
Brook on November 3, 2010. GAGUT specifically solved the Quantum Gravity and all the Unified Field Theory
including absolute infinity problems, discussed by Sir Professor Atiyah, exactly since Gi can represent Unified
Force Field or Quantum Gravity Function or Invariant having orthogonal components Gij, and a divergence Gij,j=0.
The Infallibity of that representation is established by eta sub n, the fundamental solutions to GAGUT Gij,j=0 where
the quantum part is represented by eta sub 0 and the gravity part is represented by eta sub 1.The Clay
Mathematics Millennium Problems which were also discussed by Sir Professor Atiyah (particularly the Navier-Stokes
Equation, the Yang-Mills Equation, and the Riemann Hypothesis) have all been solved exactly by GAGUT Gij,j=0.
This is why GAGUT was declared a “Tenured Radical” by a research categorizing institution. That “Tenured
Radical” categorizing of GAGUT is consistent with the US Goverments position that Mathematicians are not familiar
with GAGUT enough to easily review it. That reality says that GAGUT together with other radical research works
require a review process that is consistent with their category. Radical ideas need Radical review processes. The
GAGUT UNIFIED AND RADICAL MATHEMATICS RESEARCH JOURNAL provides that kind of review process by
using an open review process where authors and reviewers agree to frankly and openly investigate and judge
fairly, with authors being in position to defend, the radical mathematics research papers. The GAGUT UNIFIED AND
RADICAL MATHEMATICS RESEARCH JOURNAL is to GAGUT what Annals of Mathematics is to Relativity. The
Radical or Unified research papers submitted for publication in the GAGUT UNIFIED AND RADICAL MATHEMATICS
RESEARCH JOURNAL will be sent promptly to at least four top experts in that area of research for review. In
addition the authors shall be asked to present and defend the paper before the reviewers physically or by Internet

GOD ALMIGHTY’S GRAND UNIFIED THEOREM (GAGUT) Gij,j=0 has connected the Atiyah-Singer index theorem
with L-functions and a Gauss Theorem as well as the Riemann-Roch Theorem and revealed solution to the
Riemann Hypothesis in the process to Professor G. Oyibo. The revealed solution seems to reconcile the results of
Professors Hardy and Littlewood with the result of Professors Bombieri and Vinogradov to the results of Professor
Pierre Deligne and to all of the other results that we could find on the Riemann Hypothesis. Please find enclosed
the briefing we are proposing for Riemann Hypothesis that we would like you and your colleagues to attend and we
are inviting you to present a paper on a topic “Non-commutative Geometry and Riemann Hypothesis” (see

RIEMANN HYPOTHESIS BRIEFING

Riemann Hypothesis briefing has been planned basically to give a status report regarding the proof or disproof of
the Riemann Hypothesis. After 151 years of its existence, the Riemann Hypothesis needs a resolution. Towards
that resolution, the proposed Riemann Hypothesis briefing plans to bring together a few experts representing the
key dimensions of the Riemann Hypothesis. The briefing is expected to last two days. We at the OFAPPIT Institute
of Technology like other Mathematicians are very interested in seeing the resolution to the Riemann Hypothesis.
That interest was further heightened in 2005 when Goettingen University, the birthplace of the Riemann
Hypothesis, called the attention of Mathematicians globally, to the research work of our university called the GOD
ALMIGHTY’S GRAND UNIFIED THEOREM (GAGUT), in honor of Carl Frederick Gauss (see the enclosed or the
following link gagut5.ning.com/profiles/blogs/gagut-recognized-as-a-greatest). In addition, there have been calls
previously by Harvard and MIT professors, students and staff for a briefing on GAGUT (see the enclosed or the
following links gagut5.ning.com/profiles/blogs/gagut-recognized-as-the-holy and gagut5.ning.
com/profiles/blogs/gagut-recognized-as-the-holy-1).

The American Institute of Physics had also featured GAGUT books in their publication Physics Today (November
2000, January and July 2003).Gradually the reasons why these big organizations were recognizing the GAGUT
development were becoming clearer to us as we were beginning to see the revelations of the solutions to some of
the unresolved problems like the Riemann Hypothesis. Our usual procedures after seeing such revelations would
include an in house rigorous debate on and scrutiny of the revelations. Our next step would be to brief very critical
and hard reviewers like late Professor Paul Garabedian, who would tear the revelations into pieces before we
consider presenting the revelations to the larger Mathematics community. We miss Professor Paul Garabedian
very deeply and pray that he is seeing the Riemann surfaces with even better clarity in Heaven. Our sorrow is
tempered by our consolation that we see those Garabedian no nonsense critique or reviewer characteristics in the
persons of Professor Enrico Bombieri, Professor Peter Sarnak, Professor Pierre Deligne and all of the others who
we are inviting to participate in this proposed briefing. In addition to the proposed invited speakers, we are
requesting the Editors in Chief, the Associate Editors that cover Riemann Hypothesis, along with their three expert
reviewers each in the area of Riemann Hypothesis for the following Mathematics journals to participate by helping
to review the briefing. The suggested journals are the Bulletin of the American Mathematical Society, the
Transactions of the American Mathematical Society, the Annals of Mathematics , the Journal of the European
Mathematical Society, the International Journal of Mathematics Game Theory and Algebra. A special issue of the
recent Advances in Mathematics Research Edited by Professor G. Oyibo can also share with these journals the
